The restaurant was difficult to get into for dinner but once we got seated the food was fabulous! They were also able to accommodate a gluten free diet.

I ate one of the three best pizzas of my life last night. Another three years ago. extraordinary raw material treated with skill and served with professionalism, kindness and competence. sober, cozy, clean, what do you want more? I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat a real pizza. not negligible restaurant, nor will I speak after the next experience.

The other night I came to eat pizza in this great restaurant, I found the service very good fast and pleasant. I recommend it to everyone!

As an expat living in Salice Terme, you are pretty limited finding decent places open in the evenings during Autumn and Winter. Luckily, Il Gabbiano is open except Mondays and I can honestly say that their Pizzas, Pastas and steak dishes are excellent. The service is always spot on and the prices are very reasonable.

Decent, standard, Italian food. Pasta, pizza and so on. An nice meal, but not so much more than that. The restaurant is nicely situated right in the heart of Salice Terme.
