White Horse - Gloucester

First time going here. I was dubious when I arrived as in the dark it appears to be in the middle of nowhere, but received a friendly welcome. Staff were welcoming and so helpful and the food was amazing. Definitely returning soon and will encourage others. The food itself was flavoursome, not greasy and plentiful in it's quantity.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding, very tasty and fresh. Portions were just the right size meaning you can have several dishes of your choice. I would recommend this restaurant if you enjoy buffet type meals.

Excellent Chinese restaurant. Been coming here for 15 years . Always fabulous food, so tasty and plentiful. The staff are always so lovely and attentive. The wine list is also great and plenty of beers to choose from and soft drinks are great too. We absolutely love it and our friends love it too.

Have been using the white horse for 13yrs The last few orders have got later and later and food not up to standard of what they used to serve. Tonight order at 5.50 and received at 8.15pm said the car had broken down and had to get food remade which was a blatant lie as it was cold. Rarely get discount which is on offer and certainly never get an apology. I am assuming they have changed hands. Very disappointed and will be looking for a new Chinese restaurant. Poor service and poor food and cold

As always the meals were perfect, our groups ages ranged from 12 years to 74 years and there was something for everyone, we were well looked after by the staff and nothing was too much trouble, I have eaten here and used the takeaway service on numerous occasions and have never found fault with any of it. Exceptionally highly rated.
