Altho... read more I had a great experience at this KFC location in the city, just around the corner from Gloucester Cathedral. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Although I have been to many KFC restaurants in the USA and Great Britain, what stood out to me here was the Asian manager behind the counter. He was always welcoming and had a smile for me, which is a credit not only to KFC but to the fast food industry in general. His exceptional customer service earned this location 5 stars from me.

Some tables were set... read more I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by the COVID-19 safety measures they have in place. I had a great experience overall. Some tables were set up in the back and front areas with proper distancing. The food, as always with KFC, was delicious.
