Flames Kebab Pizza House - Gloucester

I tried ordering from Gloucester Eats for the first time through their delivery service. The food arrived quickly and I chose the Chicken Shish Lamb Kofte, topped with mayo and accompanied by a fresh salad. It was absolutely delicious and you could tell it had been grilled over an open flame. The only minor quibble I had was that I would have preferred for the meat to be placed directly on the kebab so it could soak up the juices, but I understand that most people prefer it served separately. I will make a note in my order for next time.

The food was terrible. It arrived soggy in the bag and the burgers were dripping with garlic mayo. There was too much sauce in the burgers. I ordered one plain burger and one with sauce, but both ended up with sauce. I was not impressed and would like to request a full refund. Thank you.

Ordered via just eat and had to call the restaurant after the food did not arrive. Was told by the restaurant that they had changed hands and had an issue with just eat and that the food would be delivered in 30mins. 1 hour later it final arrived however was burnt, cold and missing items as well as incorrect items. When trying to call them back they kept hanging up the call and turned their phone off! Once I finally got through to them they promised a full refund however ended up only providing a partial credit on just eat ! Such a shame as previously the food has been excellent from here however we will not be using them again!!

Had a £50 order, arrived but missing a burger from the order. Tried to phone restaurant but they would just hang up or refuse to talk by walking away from the phone while I was still on phone then come back and hang up anyway. They then tried to charge me AGAIN another £13 for a burger I never received or even made again, didn’t even refund me. Ordered from Gloucester eats and no way to contact the company, TERRIBLE SERVICE SUCH A SHAME!! Also found a chip in the onion rings we did order which nearly caused an allergic reaction, so wouldn’t trust cross contamination standards. Wouldn’t order again but would still like that burger. I am autistic and don’t like change!!!

I paid £2.50 extra for an extra large kebab, but was extremely disappointed to receive the smallest chicken kebab I have ever seen. It's disappointing because your food is delicious, but the portion size was very disappointing.
