I would highly recommend this burger king to anyone, I asked the person serving us (Andrew) if they accepted blue light card as my app said they did, he told me that their restaurant did not accept it, he did however add a voucher to my order which would actually make it cheaper than my blue light card would, had they accepted it. Customer service was amazing and I really appreciate the lovely gesture.
It was my first time eating at a burger king, and I was a bit nervous to try it as I'm not a huge fan of fast food really, however I was surprised as the food was lovely and the servers were really sweet and delivered the food fast and made sure I had everything I needed. However the managers I think they were, were quite rude and seemed like they don't care about the staff there and personally I don't think this is right. I enjoyed my meal but the staff should be treated better
9 times out of 10 it’s completely empty no problems food is hot it’s wonderful. But this one time today they couldn’t handle this busy day, such a slow response to everything and even had to yell at someone just to be able to order. Their machines are either broken or always asking us to go to the desk and when you go to the desk you just get ignored. Terrible experience : any Burger King in the uk shall always be the worst fast food restaurant to me.
Today, my partner and I visited Burger King with our three children. I had promised them a kids' meal box with a toy similar to McDonald's, so they were all very excited as we had not been to Burger King in a long time. Unfortunately, this will also be the last time we visit. We spent £30 on two burger meals and three kids' chicken nugget meals. My partner's Whopper burger and my Angus burger were both cold, with hard cheese around the edges and old lettuce. The food did not have any time stamps and was given to us in plain packaging as they had run out of Burger King packaging. The kids' chicken nuggets were extremely hot in a plain paper bag with no toy or box. It took 15 minutes for them to cool down, while our adult burgers were freezing. The service was terrible, with no gloves or masks worn by the staff. There was hair everywhere, no hair nets, and they were not following health and safety protocols. We were very disappointed with our experience.
