What User doesn't like about Oporto Glenside Drive Thru:
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited 25 minutes for my chicken to be cooked, only to then get stuck in line behind other customers for an additional 20 minutes. I felt completely ignored, especially as the young woman at the counter seemed to know I hadn’t placed an order. The service was absolutely terrible, and I definitely won’t be returning. I have extensive experience doing at Oporto establishments, and by far and away the double Bondi burger I had here tonight was the tastiest one I've ever had. So much so that after finishing it, I went back up and ordered a second, and it was equally as delicious. Lovely Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Simple poor experience all round. Asked for my usual order and the lady got rather annoyed with me because “they are not the same” when speaking who I would assume was the manager regarding pricing and sizing for ages I wanted a large meal (was complaining about not getting share chips) I got sold a small one? Someone make it make sense. Rather disappointed for the 15minutes I sat in that drive through
