Ron's Hamburgers Chili - Glenpool

I had the hamburger:sausage burger and tater tot’s very good!!!

We typically enjoy our experience when we dine in, however, our server on this visit was a bit rude and kept making mistakes. Tue worst part about the mistakes is that she put them off on us and acted like it was not her fault. We ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and got a diet Pepsi. When we asked for what we ordered, we received a rude look and she did not acknowledge her mistake while acting like we changed our minds about what we ordered. We were able to overhear that other people in her section experienced similar problems with their orders. There are other issues that I could mention but I prefer not waste anymore energy on the negative. Definitely NOT out typical experience. Usually everyone is very friendly and on top of things, so I'm not too upset about this encounter. I still highly recommend stopping by for good food.

I come here all the time and never really have issues. Today I called in the order and told them I wanted 2 grilled chicken salads with extra chicken. He told me the total and when I got to the window I told him the price seemed off and asked if the charged less due to no bacon, he said no. I said you got the extra chicken and 2 salads, he said yes. I get home and its not extra chicken and call and speak with a manager and explain it to her. She offered to make more but would charge me more. I dont have a issue paying for chicken but I feel like because of the inconvenience it caused and how many times I told them extra chicken they would have offered something better then just drive all the way back and pay for more. I dont feel as if that is good customer service at all.

This location was recommended due to the size of our party. 10/10 did not disappoint. Superb service. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was phenomenal. Only down side is that we don’t live near Tulsa and can’t come here as often as we would like. But will frequent when we are in Tulsa. Kid-friendliness: We had 4 kids under 12. Staff was great with them. Food portions on kids menu was just right!!
