The quality of the meat is excellent. The birria tacos are incredibly delicious and juicy! I also tried the asada tacos and a quesabirria taco, both of which were fantastic. Truly authentic!

They have the best tacos in the valley. I've been coming to this place for almost three years because a good friend recommended it to me, and I’ve been hooked ever since. As a salesperson who travels to the valley frequently, I can confidently say that Taco La Cabeza always has the freshest tacos. The chef, Flaco, is incredible, and his customer service has consistently impressed me over these three years. Thank you, Flaco, for your outstanding service! I wish there were more people like you. This place is lucky to have Flaco on their team.

I had some delicious carne asada tacos and carne asada quesadillas. The flavors were fantastic, and the green sauce was incredibly tasty! I would definitely eat here again.

It's located inside the Pull'n Save, which was surprising at first. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The dishes had a great level of spice—not too mild, but just right. If you're looking for something with a real kick, they have options for that as well. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area again.
