Overall we had a nice dinner. The service from the waiter was very good but the bus person was not around at all left our empty plates in front of us and did not refill our drinks. View all feedback.
What Flossie Hegmann doesn't like about Acapulco Glendale:
The beef Fajitas were not flank steak or thin strips, it was big chunks of beef, that were tough to chew. I do not recommend the fajitas here at all, the chicken was dried out way over cooked in the beans taste like they come from a can or not even home made quite disappointing as this place used to do everything from scratch View all feedback.
Food was great, there wasn’t a wait so we got seated right away. Loved the food But had poor service, ask 3 times to get our check and couldn’t find our server anywhere. But besides that it was good.
Wish the servers brought water and communicated more but understand the business, just wasn’t extremely busy on our side and never got refills
We have been going to Acapulco for years. They are the last of the few Mexican restaurants around post pandemic and we are so glad. Current and past staff are always friendly and helpful.
Food was good and service by Federico was very good.
Had lunch here with my dad today. Lots of nice people enjoying their lunch as well. Our food and service were great just like the last several times we’ve come to this restaurant. We’ve been coming here for about 50 years (including the Los Arcos years) and we are very happy they are still serving great meals here.
