We met with friends and their two toddlers for Sunday brunch. The staff were friendly and overly accommodating of the kids. They had high chairs, books and coloring items ready to go. Unfortunately I was disappointed with this café. The coffee was warm, the waitress couldn’t understand English and therefore could not answer questions regarding the menu. When I asked for an omelette, a basic breakfast item, so I thought, she didn’t understand what I was saying. I had to go up to the counter and speak to someone who could understand me. The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious caramel gluten-free cake topped with citrusy lemon cream. The setting offers both indoor and outdoor tables, providing protection from the elements in a cozy nook off North Main Road. The adorable bear totems add charm to the atmosphere. The chai latte was also perfectly made.
Service was delightful, all staff with beaming smiles so early in the morning! Coffee was delicious and cleverly decorated! Food was great! A lovely way to start the day.

Wonderful little spot hidden away from the hustle and bustle of North Road. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the menu is fantastic. I really enjoyed the 'Avo Cuddle' - smashed avocado with feta cheese, lemon, and mint on toasted sourdough. Absolutely delicious.
