This particular location has amazing customer service, the establishment was clean and well kept, however the prices have increased far too much. If they prices weren't so high I'd possibly go more frequently. But $15 for a footlong is ridiculous! View all feedback.
The service is amazing. Very kind employees. But today is the second time that I got sick from the food. I’m not sure if it’s because the food isn’t being stored properly to temp or if it’s because of cross contamination? While the employee was making my sandwich another customer came in asking for cookies so he rang him up with the same gloves on and then proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves. Perhaps better practices should be in place? I won’t be visiting again but again the customer service overall is excellent.
Long wait even though there were only 2 customers ahead of me. They don't accept coupons. Should have at least posted a sign mentioning that. Two subs came up close to $30, which is ridiculous. I would recommend going over to East Hartford and finding a Subway there instead.

Worst customer service ever. This is my first review, Ive never felt so compelled to write one before. I made an online order and went to pick it up but the guy working said there was no order and even tried to tell me I had the wrong location. I showed him confirmation of the order/payment and he basically told me that’s not his problem. Still haven’t gotten my money back to this day. Kept going back and forth with him because I have proof I ordered at this location in the app and my email, I have proof of payment with receipts from my bank and from apple pay and yet he didn’t give a damn. Get y’all customer service together please. No one should have to eat their meal with a side of attitude. orrr not get your meal at all.
