Normally good food when I pick up but this time no one brought my food out to my car, had to go in myself and there is my food sitting on the rack...I had to literally stick my head into the kitchen to ask if I could take my food... my food is COLD.Clearly it was easy for the entire 15 minutes I was out in my car! Wow. Just wow. This place has fallen hard. 4:17 curbside pick up turns out to be a 5:15 cancel. Show up at 4:15 for curbside. Waited till 4:30 in car. Go inside to get order. Wait another 10 min till someone comes from the back and takes my name. Goesback to kitchen and nothing for another 5 min. Comes back to tell me they just put the fries to cook. Ok I?ll wait 10 more minfor fries. Another 25min go by and someone comes out to tell me there?re putting in the fries because ?nobody told me to makefries?. Now not sure how they can possibly screw up this hard seeing that the place was dead. Ok, here?s the best part. I wantto cancel the order. Don?t want it anymore. I get a look of confusion. Like why do I want to cancel my order? My order, exceptthe fries, have been sitting on the shelf for over 45 min. Who wants cold, soggy food? And best of all, I have to wait 5 daysto get my money back because I paid online. Don?t pay online. Pay when get there, and pay cash.
Went for a momma daughter date! Service was great, waitress was a little busy but still did her best to be as attentive as possible. Food was pretty good!
Also, for a $5 salad, I would expect it to be fresh, but there was mold on the lettuce! As someone who is pregnant, this is extremely concerning. I've attached a picture for reference.
Every time I order for pickup online or through the app, I run into the same issues. Utensils are often left out, beverages are missing, or sides are forgotten—the orders just never seem to be complete. It feels like the staff at this location take pleasure in making customers waste their time returning for what’s missing. Additionally, be ready for a long wait just to get the attention of an employee, as they often seem preoccupied chatting in the kitchen.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience today with curbside takeout. I checked in while parked and waited for 15 minutes without receiving my order. Eventually, I decided to go inside to see what was going on. When I entered the takeout area, I found five employees at the back table chatting instead of bringing out orders to customers. This isn’t the first time I've encountered this issue; it's extremely frustrating to wait for your order while several employees are doing nothing. The curbside service definitely needs improvement!
