Lovely tea and scones, in a beautiful setting. The only downside was the extremely slow service - we waited over 10 minutes for our order despite the place being empty. I can't imagine how slow it would be if it were actually busy. View all feedback.

We had the Salon De Luxe Afternoon Tea served by Jamie. The ambiance, service, food and tea selection was superb. Jamie's service was outstanding. His knowledge of the history of the tearoom was second to none. He was also patience personified when dealing with a very challenging American customer. A wonderful experience was had by all.
The one hour tour was excellent, so interesting and informative. Guide Megan was very knowledgeable and engaging, giving us the full history of the building, with lots of humour and anecdotes. The building is gorgeous and so worth a visit.
This was excellent our guide, Megan, was informative, engaging, interesting and very knowledgeable. The building itself is beautiful and the exhibition was also great. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
