We ate in John Lewis while visiting Glasgow on a cruise. It was a great area extending overlooking the other floors of the mall. You enter through the John Lewis department store. Sit relax during your shopping. View all feedback.

my first visit to this caffe and I wouldn't return. my immediate impression was that the two women who served were very rude and unfriendly and were really devastating with an older lady before me. I almost got out. a smile and a common courtesy cost nothing. some reviews here mention that this rude employee management should sort this problem. all other staff were friendly and efficient. A group of three of us went on Tuesday october a light lunch. service felt chaotic. a worker was rude when I tried to get a sugar that was not offered with tee. we had a lens soup and a new york stylistic roll that were both sufficient. but a small and creamy bagel was stale. his substitute, a fruit sweet, was not properly cooked and/or not frozen. I had to make the person get a refund when I took it back. the place was a tipp. the workers fought for teller and villain. café by benugo is independent of john lewis. but the last suffers from unity. lewis has a much better house café in the first floor.
Came here on the february and stood patiently awaited in a very long waiting queue from a Sunday so that everything was in order). I was on a nice teenager because the weather was annoying. we finally approached paying the money machine, and the money was absolutely terrible, really terrible. she can say she has an older position as they are to the girls who are hot drinks. we get to pay and we say the tee and she begins to murmurn some about a waiting queue under her breath and we ask her to repeat what she said when she was obviously a little upset. then she says: “There is a waiting and sequence you know and you skipped it.” We didn’t, she even served us in the waiting sequence to decide the order quartet, and then she said yes, you were blah. Anyway, she finally apologised, but obviously it wasn't so important that she was too high on her own horse. obviously she has an older roll something on the head. Someone who works with customers should at least try to act a bit friendly even if they are very bitter on the inside). a completely unhappy experience for such a beautiful day.

Bad selection of hot diners, was offered a roll with left sausage, which was only warm and the roll tasted like it was day old. latte was foam. very bad quality for the price.
Got to be the worst organised cafe I’ve ever set foot in. Waiting in line to be served and was summarily bypassed by the girl behind the counter and totally ignored when I challenged her. Ended up leaving as obviously I don’t fit their preferred customer profile
