Frankie And Bennies - Glasgow City

Frankie and Benny's is a chain of English restaurants with a branch located on Countryley Road in a new city entertainment complex near the river. The restaurant offers outdoor seating for dining during nice weather. The menu features typical Italian-American dishes such as large pizzas with thin crust, giant burgers, and loaded potatoes. The prices are reasonable, especially with the option of a half-day menu offering two dishes for a certain price or three dishes for a slightly higher price. The drink selection is limited but affordable. The atmosphere includes crooner music from past decades and Italian-themed decor in the bathrooms.

Went here recently with my son.First time I've been in 8 years or something.Starters were fine.Large delay for the mains which were average to be fair (burger fries) (Frankies classic meatballs).We were there for nearly 90 mins.Too long for me when only having a quick bite with soft drinks for 2.Wouldn't rush back there's far better value elsewhere.I can see why the business itself has been struggling

Gret meal went with my 2 daughters and partner. staff very friendly and pleasant. Meal was lovely had the garlic pizza bread for starter it was amazing .... highly recommended.

I visited with my mum before a concert. We were served by Ella who was so lovely and helpful and took the time to talk to us while serving us. The food was delicious and was served in perfect time. Will definitely be back!

Visited here for breakfast after a let down at a local hotel. The choice on the menu was brilliant with traditional breakfasts, sandwiches and my favourite eggs Benedict. Husband got a large breakfast which his only negative was that the bacon was a bit salty other than that it was all lovely. The waiter was very polite and gave excellent service. Restored my faith in the chain as last few visits (not at this restaurant as we were only in Scotland visiting family) were quite poor.
