China Moon Takeaway - Girvan

China Moon is a good little restaurant serving all your typical fayre of classic Chinese favourites. I've been coming here since 2019 (every time I come to visit my dad) and the food has always been hot fresh.

The experience was not fantastic, left me feeling a little let down, so I don't think I will return.

I highly recommend this restaurant, especially their top-class curry.

We dined in and the service was terrible. The crispy duck was not crispy and the plate it was served on was dirty. The menu was fine, but the portion of rice was very small. The portion size was significantly smaller than expected (and the actual menu offerings seemed to be less than half of what was listed). The staff seemed more interested in their tasks than in their customers. While they may have personal issues affecting their service, it should not impact the quality of the food or portion sizes. Time to check out other dining options!
