I ordered the beef and broccoli dish and it was incredibly delicious with generous portions of meat and broccoli. The service was great and it was a take-out meal for dinner. The price per person is between $10-20. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4. I highly recommend trying the Pepper Steak with Onion dish. View all feedback.
What Sonya W doesn't like about China Royal:
The portion sizes have noticeably decreased at this restaurant, as if they've been put through a shrinking machine like in Willy Wonka's Wonkavision. The setup at the front of the restaurant is absurd, resembling a state prison where you receive your food through a small window, reminiscent of the film "Papillon" set in a jail in French Guiana. No more buffet due to COVID-19. People are nice, and there pretty quick with orders. Tasty food.
First of all after ordering three different times from this place we never got what we ordered. I ordered Chinese vegetables and I have no idea what I gotVery few vegetables and a lot of fake crab meat.My brother ordered Chinese vegetable with shrimp and on all three times he never got the shrimp.Needless to say when we called the place. They were very rude to us on the phone. I and my brother will no longer be ordering from this place.Looking for good Chinese food? Go to ling ling's on 26th street. In the tops plaza their food is out of this worldbe going back there. It's a worth a trip to Erie to go to ling ling's
Negatives: over-salted lo-mein, under-salted fried rice, rubbery chicken, overdone spring rolls, and overall a poor eating experience. Positives: The food was hot and timely. This place is probably suitable for people who don't know what good Chinese food tastes like. This is the first time eating here and will be the last time we will eat here.
Normally good food. My last visit, the orange chicken felt like it sat on the buffet table for awhile and they just put it in a to go container. Other then that, the food is delicious and filling.
Everything is Always Fresh Hot. Staff is Super Friendly. We Have Never had a Bad Experience Here.
