Casa Vintage Beach - Gili Islands

The food was so amazing that we came back twice on the same day!!! Great flavors, very good quality! We loved everything we tried but the biggest hit was their mango house wine unbelievable!!! You just have to try it! It’s a charming place right next to the beach and they had an awesome music selection which was also a big plus! Such a cool little restaurant!

Incredibly delicious jerk chicken, this place is the real deal for Jamaican cooking. They grow and sun dry all their own spices and herbs in the garden. You can sit by the ocean and watch the sunset. Be patient as everything is cooked fresh, so it takes some time, but who’s in a rush when you’re on this island, enjoying this incredible location, it’s so worth the wait. Try their homemade wine, the yellow was the best. Yummy ! Super friendly and amazing staff, couldn’t recommend this place more.

Honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I don’t say that lightly. The flavors were unreal. Pictured is the “vegan pot” which blew my mind. Friendly staff, normal prices especially considering the quality, and beautiful ocean view. Go.

I never posted a review on Google before, but the food and the passion of the owner were so remarkable I thought this would be a good first time! The Brown Beef was something I never tasted before and enjoyed a lot. The owner also sells organic spices at the shop for a good price and is happy to explain how to use them in your kitchen and the origins of the ingredients. Don’t miss out on this spot when you’re in Gili T!

Hidden Gem! Such a nice location. Especially if you manage to get a seat right on the beach for sunset. The food is great. We ordered the Jerk Chicken and the Yellow fish curry and both were very good. The smoothies and fruit wines were very nice too. We had the mango wine. The array of spices they have is pretty impressive too, they seem to grow, dry and pack them up for sale too. Such a nice relaxed vibe. The owners are from Jamaica and they were in the kitchen. The staff are very attentive but easy going at the same time. Highly recommended!
