Genuine Fresche - Gilbert

The restaurant, now known as Genuine Fresche, has a friendly and welcoming staff. They offer a variety of healthy menu options to choose from. While traveling for work, I was craving some greens and was delighted to find this place. I ordered an Acai Bowl and a Green Juice, which were perfect choices for me.

I have to try her Açaí-Schale on the Gilbert Farmer Market. There was a long line and it went fast. I chose their original açaí bowl that was bananas, granola, açaí, strawberries, blueberries and some syrup. Since the line was long, I assumed it would take time and leave. When I came back, it was ready, the lady said, she called me for 10 minutes, I'm serious. She was like we were done in a few minutes. She sounded so rude. I paid, I'll come back for the bowl, I didn't understand what the point was for being rude. The bowl was good, but the service had all the experience. I would personally avoid such places where you cannot be gentle or can convey something beautiful. At the end of the day I appreciate the overall experience with the food, not just the food.

Very good, but takes too long to get your food. If you are in a hurry to be somewhere or need to be somewhere in time, make sure you present your home about 30 minutes because you wait the extra time. Definitely not a place where you can watch over quickly, even if it's dead.

Had the most scrupulous bowl of Croutons in this place. Never had such delicious croutons. I love Croutons.

Do not go here!!! Extremely long waiting and ridiculously tiny portions. I was dissatisfied with my experience, so I sent a private message by contacting us on their website thinking I would get an answer with a statement or maybe an apology. After a whole week nothing. I read some other reviews about the same long waiting period, and on my surprise, the owners replied to telling the customer, it was their own fault to not order in advance. Most reviews say the same... Customers are waiting extremely long while the employees simply cool out without any sense of urgency. That's so true. And they don't seem to fix it. You will have this experience frustrated, so don't even try.
