Blue Tortilla - Gilbert

I have only been here 3 times, but this last visit, my TRIPITAs tacos were soft and chewy. The rice and beans are really mild in flavor, like they are afraid of salt and pepper. I hope it was just that day because I don't remember the two previous times being this bad. I will definitely go back just to complete my testing. I am hopeful that next time the only thing that is soft in my tripitas Taco is the tortilla ?.

We walked in and didn't see many people, but honestly, sucks to be them! The food here is amazing, and the woman who served us was so sweet and polite!I got their birria ramen and a birria taco, and it did NOT disappoint! Fragrant and flavorful broth paired with perfectly cooked beef that melted on my tongue, with sweet onions to add more depth to the overall taste of the food!The crunch of the taco shell? So satisfying, along with the amount of meat you got in its shell.Overall, it was a very satisfying experience

The food is absolutely delicious. They bring the food out to you on an actual restaurant plate. They use real silverware. They check up on you to make sure everything was fine.I was pleasantly surprised how at home they made you feel. Most restaurants around here don't make you feel welcome. They were so pleasant.Eat in with these kind people. It's worth a few minutes to sit back and enjoy the food and the music.

Went in for a takeout order. Paid a 20% tip just because I'm cool like that. We were Asked to sit outside to wait on our food. I didn't ask why, but I'm certain that it's because she didn't want her table dirty. Asked for 2 Carne Asada burritos with beans and rice on the side. Got home to find that the rice and beans were rolled up in the burritos. Burrito was cold and one of the salsas had opened up in the bag to douse all the food below it. Don't know how this place has almost 5 stars in reviews but it's a mistake we won't be repeating!
