Our friends Art and Donna took us to this cute little restaurant in downtown Gibsons early Saturday night.

Sweetwater offers fab food with friendly and engaging service in a casual coast environment. The limited but varied menu is coupled with fine wine selection. Large portions, so appies only if you have generous time or share. Our party enjoyed duck, lamb and pork schnitzel. We are new (3 months) to the area and will be regulars!

I have been going to Sweet Water since it opened. I operated a BB in Gibsons and sent my guest there as well. The hospitality of the Owner/Hosts, Brigitta and Andrew, enhance the ambiance. The delicious meals that flow from the kitchen are, too soon, consumed and the patron wishing for more.
