After trying the other four places to eat on this side of the road (it's in Recanati not in the centre of Giardini Naxos which is a minute walk away) we thought we would give this place a go. It's brightly lit as opposed...to Sikalia and I was expecting something a bit different perhaps. Bel servizio, buon cibo, buone abilità, pomodori deliziosi, piatti primari. Torneremo presto.
The best hospitality of valentino and his employees. they served really good traditional Sicilian food and wine, they should visit this place when they are in giardini naxos.
Forget all other restaurants in giardini naxos and visit valentino. a nice family man who has a cook that makes food that tastes better than that of her grandmother. it is like the chef and his son cooking for their own family! Very...lovable restaurant with great food. trust me, we tried a lot of them and giuseppe valentino is the best, the other restaurants do not even come close when it comes to the quality of the food!
We ate here three times during our week stay. eating was really good, price was also great, and the owner valentino is also very nice. in any case recommend.
Only past the morning and came in for a coffee. the atmosphere in this restaurant was so warm and friendly with the additional bonus of 'toto' the owners enkel, whose essentiality improved the whole experience. the owner was very friendly and explained some of his pastness and the fact that he would soon open a new restaurant on the beach. Unfortunately, we could not eat here at lunchtime, as the owners have decided to close the lunchtime until high season. a few final words in Italian eccellente! ben fatto a tutti!
