Ordered the buttered chicken, mutton rogan josh, veggie biryani rice, roti, and mango lassi. There was a distinguishable difference between the taste of the two mains (good considering some restaurants tend to have dishes tasting too similar). I was quite disappointed with the lack of spiciness of the curry. I would have wanted to be informed beforehand so I could request. Meat was tender. Taste good enough to satisf... View all feedback.
OM nom nom!!!! Servings and place may be a bit small I personally don’t consider them good for sharing hahaha but their dishes pack a punch! Faves: veggie samosas !!! , butter chicken, palak paneer, cumin rice, and fish fingers surprise! . The only Indian restaurant I visit for my cravings.
Great tasting Indian food, nice décor, and friendly service made for a nice experience. It's great to know that there's a good Indian restaurant that's not located south of the metro. While the menu isn't helpful at all at helping you pick your orders (no description on the dishes), the servers were accommodating and eager to explain the dishes to us. Each dish tasted very differently, was very flavorful, and sauces weren't overly powerful or salty at all. If found the kabab to be a bit too salty, though. Naan was okay, but could be better. It probably wasn't freshly made. Chai was okay, but a bit too thin for my liking. They use powdered (instant) chai, just so you know. Lassi (yogurt) was good. Serving size was a bit on the small side so it felt a bit expensive eating here. The place is small and had only a few tables. The theme/décor is charming and felt like a product of someone's hard work. The place seemed a bit old, though, in that furniture showed lots of wear and just doesn't feel so clean. There were a couple of mosquitoes flying around during dinner which was irritating.
I quite enjoyed this place. It's small, cozy, and inviting. The food was very good! Must orders are the veggie samosas, butter chicken, chicken biryani, and shahi paneer. The Indian spices really hit you it's insane! The aloo gobi and the pork keema were on the saltier side, and we will probably not be ordering those again. Remarkably, their deep fried fish sticks were awesome: the batter was seasoned perfectly and the fish was cooked just right. Though the serving size is a on the smaller side, the quality is undoubtedly there! I must also add that the staff was very attentive and professional (a big plus for me! . Definitely come back able!
Om is a mystic syllable that creates a calming sound an positive energy. True to its name, the establishment is a really pleasant, relaxing place with its interior, music and good food. I ordered the non-vegetarian set plate and Gujab Jamun a la Mode. My palette does not have the finesse to identify everything I have tasted but everything was flavorful and spiced amazingly. The naan was the best I've had so far and the dessert far exceeded my expectations. However, the basmati rice was a bit dry and there was hardly and buttered chicken. I also had their Rose Lassi which was just a miss for me. It was a little too sour and the rose flavor was so concentrated that it was really overpowering. The servers were also relatively inattentive but the food was really good that I will definitely come back to try the Samosas and Mango Chutney. Overall, this is definitely one of the places to get Indian food in Pasig.
I've been meaning to go to Om these past few months but never got the chance. So I decided to order from them via Zomato delivery. Thankfully, the food arrived on time. Vegetable Samosas 3 pieces in an order. Quite good with the sweet spicy tamarind and date chutney. Vegetable Pakoras quite a few fritters with potato and vegetable filling. The potato fritters were tasty Chicken Tikka this was the best part of the order. Tandoor grilled chunks of well marinated chicken served with green chutney. Definitely worth a visit to try out their gravy and curry dishes with rice/bread
