Steel Grill Restaurant Bar - Gering

Dined there on a Monday night and it was approaching the busy time. Our server Brandi was very attentive and suggestive and knew exactly what i wanted. The food was excellent, service exceptional and was a very clean and warming environment. The lighting was perfect.

Great food great prices. A colleague and I stopped in and grabbed dinner. Although the wait was a little longer then expected the food was really good. I have the burnt ends and a salad. So living in KC Missouri half my life and now from TX, these burnt ends are not what I was expecting. They were nice tender cubes smothered in a brown sauce. More like roast beef medallions. Although they were not what I was expecting, they were still pretty damn tasty. We plan on retuning and trying out their brisket nachos...

We were traveling through the state and stopped here. What a great idea. Waitress was great and the food was awesome. We didn't get the nachos but everyone else did and they looked HUGH and yummy. So glad we went.

Terrible. Tough thin steak. Not very clean. Service was good until you complain. I don't recommend you eat at this restaurant.

We went there for dinner. Both of us ordered sirloin steak. When they came,they were a quarter of an inch thin. They were ordered medium rare and came well done. No pink at all. The steak knife was unable to cut the steak. I told the waitress they were terrible. She said if she told the cooks, they would be mad and she didn't know what could be done. I asked to speak to the owner or manager, who never showed up.. The waitress disappeared. Never saw her again. Somebody else left the ticket. Potato was good, which is what we ate. I definitely would never go to this restaurant again. Absolutely a terrible experience. Restaurant was dark and floor was not clean. Restroom was filthy. Go somewhere else! Sixty one dollars was ridiculous for ****.
