Support your locals!! Chef Ramsey had the right idea giving Georgetown another option for local BBQ, reviving the historic house that is now Jimmy Vega's BBQ. Have to say the food was good, but not great mouth watering that I would expect from someone of his talents. You should ask him to resurrect Silver and Stone, a fine dining restaurant here in town back in 2009ish. But maybe without the fufu white cloth, and more with rustic down South flare!
