When I walked in, I was greeted with a little trash on the floor and tables disorganized. When I made it to the counter, I was greeted with EXCELLENT customer service! What Steve Wilson doesn't like about Dunkin':
I do not recommend the hot chocolate! It is hot brown water. I also do not recommend the apple fritter. It is a regular donut with apple flavored glaze. One of the donuts icing was stuck completely to the bag. I would recommend going to Marge's Donut Den or Sprinkles Donuts. View all feedback.
Ordered ahead and still waited half an hour inside. Didn’t have what we ordered and didn’t get my drink right. So disorganized.
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to watch 4 orders get processed, didn’t have time to sit around and wait an hour for 7 cars to get whatever they ordered. This isn’t the first time either.

While the food might be ok, the service here is horrible. They consistently take 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and if you go inside, it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. They need a new manager or more staff. They also frequently get orders wrong.
Great tasting doughnuts, but way to expensive for the sizes and quantities! Local doughnut shops are half the price for nearly twice the amount. Think about it?
