friendly staff that is informed about the menu and the available special areas. the food was freshly prepared and delicious. the free bread butter was fresh from the many and delicious. we ordered the sea red salmon avo salat and hake chips. definitiw value for money. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Ocean Basket Garden Route Mall:
Only 3 occupied tables yet our prawns looked like and tasted as if the had been under a griller for 10 to 15 minutes. The flesh if the prawns was actually brown. Chips as a result tasted like oven baked chips. Overall a bad experience. View all feedback.
Located in the George Shopping Centre Mall, the ambiance isn't particularly appealing. Our group of six stopped here while doing some shopping on our way to Plettenberg Bay for a short holiday. To our pleasant surprise, both the food and service were excellent. As the name suggests, it’s primarily a seafood restaurant and definitely worth a visit. It certainly seemed to surpass the average Ocean Basket locations found throughout South Africa.

Worst panarottis ever waited 1 hour 30 min for one duo pizza and ignored by terrible waiter who checked up on the people who came in 30 min after us crazy, never coming again how they come 30 min after us and get TWO pizas before our 1 terrible Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
