What User doesn't like about Gerry's Grill Veranza Mall Gensan:
the grilled dishes are, as their name already says, the best meals to order here. I personally recommend the grilled inkfish. her seafood rice is too soft, so they think how they cooked rice before they order this. the entrance is wheelchair accessible and the personal is especially suitable for disabled. However, their toilet is too small for wheelchair, and is often slippery by wet floor. View all feedback.

All the food was delicious except for the Spicy Chicken Wings.. it wasn't spicy... it was just ordinary battered chicken.. also the spoon that was given was not washed properly but they replaced it right away. There was a small cockroach on the table and there was a fly anyway staff service was excellent.. and the sisig was yummy. The downfalls are forgivable. I hope to never experience those again the next time we dine.

Food Serving: Great, the viands are heavy which is really good for large meals. Food Quality: Great, their raw ingredients are cooked well. With their deserts, improvements should be applied. Food Appearance: Appealing and Yummy, it is delicious to the eyes. Comments with their overall food experience: Satisfied, I didn’t ate that much but I managed to taste their “top meals” especially with their gambas and grilled fish. Sometimes, price matters towards food quality (applicable to some but not all). Ambiance of their place: Good, and fancy for dinners. Customer Service: People serving there are well trained, and polite. Design of the place: it fits to their menu and ambiance. Overall: I rate them 4.9/5, why? Because it is almost as perfect dinning area. Just a bit of improvements with somethings. Butthe food is really really great. Their servings are Good tasting for American and Filipino alike, heavy but sulit. Kid-friendliness: The area is positioned well, looking like it is spacious.
