Contribute Feedback What Audrey Lecoq doesn't like about Casa Leonardo:
Schon der erste Empfang war unfreundlich. Bedauerlicherweise sind wir nicht sofort umgekehrt. Die Bedienung war unfreunflich und inkompetent. Das Essen war jedoch sehr gut. Die Getränke waren aber abgestanden und warm. Einmal und nie wieder. View all feedback.
Large bruschetta and prosciutto enveloped melon. had the lasagna that was good. great outdoor dining area. excellent service.
Presumably best restaurant in the city if you like to eat Italian! great service and warm welcome. Italian specialties such as pasta, fish and meat. we'll go here every time we stay in a little diarrhea. in the summer they can eat outside.
We like to eat there, but we are aware that their service and quality are not always consistent. last night was one of those days. first I must say that if they want to go there, make reservations and insist that they want to sit in the restaurant in the ground floor. service and atmoshphere are terrible at the top floor. I'd just look at the top floor for bigger events. we sit several times in the run of the years up and service was always bad. they have a beautiful sitting area in the free, which is highly recommended for good weather. do not count on their salvation, which is correct. we had two incidents where we had reserved ourselves for the ground floor and had to sit up. my favourite dish is the spaghetti with scampi, which is served in a large Parmesan cheese. the cheese is scraped, spaghetti is served with the grated cheese and then served. so far it was always delicious. last night I had cold tasteless spaghetti with scampi. I think the cook forgot to season the dish and we hardly had parmesan on the dish. we mentioned it when the owner cleared the table. we just have one ****. no excuse, no offer to reduce the price. that is very despicable, but for me more proves that quality is not reliable. prices are in the upper range. in fact, in recent years they have increased their prices and reduced their amount, but the quality did not change. when everything works, eating is really good and worth every penny. this is the only Italian former amaurant where I eat the tiramisu. Usually the tiramisu is much too much to know. they are really good. they also seem to have a problem remembering drinks orders.
Reserved a dinner in advance for my group of friends. Was not welcomed as we were visitors to the area and not locals. That's too bad too because the food wasn't bad. BUT the staff including the owner was a completely rude. I would not...recommend this place to anyone. Let it be known that they should place a sign locals only on their business card, advertising, and elsewhere. Cons: Owner and staff not friendly. Must whisper at the table. Not suitable for 2 or more and children Small dining area... Elbow to Elbow. Pro: Not bad Italian food.
It might not be the real deal but surely this place will satisfy your appetite; the place itself is nice and warm, the service isn't the fastest but the menu is nice even if a few recipes don't reflect the original italian cusine ....I would suggest this place for a fancy dinner or a working lunch since it is the only place nearby who can provide a decent service but be aware that prices aren't cheap !!!
