Kelebek Paça Beyran Kebap - Gaziantep

I tried this breakfast shredded meat and rice soup Beyran in many places but this is one of the best so far, It was recommended to me by my local friend.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. We had buryan soup, Mumbar, and beyon kavurma. The buryan (which is lamb head meat (Paça) soup) was fine, spicy, not my thing. I liked the mumbar (stuffed lamb intestines) better and the beyon kavurma (lamb's sweetbread) was exotic yet nice if you like heavy and fatty stuff.

It was a nice and clean place crowded but organized and fast service, they have a nice view next to the street and enough place.i had the beyran and it was so delicious. they have big menus. I'm coming back here. very good experience.
