I absolutely loved the ambiance of this restaurant. I visited for lunch and sat next to the window on a gorgeous sunny day, so I was already in a good mood before even trying the food. The bread and butter served were delicious, I couldn't get enough! I was a bit disappointed with my main dish, but the sides were amazing. I wish the dish had been as crispy as described on the menu, or paired with the fantastic sides... View all feedback.
What johanb914 doesn't like about Soeders Kaella:
After reading the reviews I had high expectations, but it did not really live up to the hype. It is fine, but almost pretend to be a much finer dining that it is. It was a god try to use local ingredients that almost hits the mark. The fried potatoes and bread is great. It could have potential. The service we got pulled down a little the grade. That was amazing! fresh, local products, ecological and all beautifully presented well tasting dishes. I had the stock of the bark with fresh sweet and super delicious desert with crumb sour
I wish the dish had been as crispy as described on the menu, or paired with the fantastic sides for a perfect combination. Despite this, I would still return as the service was outstanding and it was a great place to relax and read my book in the sun.
Dining at this top-notch restaurant is a delightful experience. The lunch menu is excellent and offers a wide variety of delicious options. The service is impeccable, although it tends to be on the minimalist side, which seems to be preferred by customers in this part of Sweden. The atmosphere is not noisy, making it a great spot to relax and savor the innovative and flavorful dishes.
This restaurant is a local favorite of mine and I have visited it many times. Söders Källa offers a lovely view of the nearby square through its large windows, along with friendly service and delicious food. On a recent Thursday evening, I dined here with my colleagues from the company's internal auditing team for our annual dinner with a group of 13 people. For my starter, I chose the Cauliflower and Kalix white fish roe, which was delicious. I paired it with a local stout from Hopsie Daisy. I believe stout is often overlooked when it comes to pairing with roe or shellfish. We were presented with each course before it was served, which was a nice touch. For my main course, I enjoyed the Hasselback potatoes and beef fillet, which had a perfect texture and degree of roasting. It was served with a Rosemary emulsion and a Portuguese wine, Herdado Frexio, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Touriga Nacional, which was very tasty. The meal ended with a perfect Crème Brûlée. We all agreed that the meal was excellent value for money and we will definitely be back for another visit.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and was presented beautifully. I particularly enjoyed the fillet of beef with fresh vegetables and a delicious dessert topped with herb sorbet. The dishes were not only tasty but also environmentally friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable.
