Poorly treated by management. We had a simple issue with our ice cream that needed an exchange, but it ended with the front staff telling us to leave the restaurant because we had a minor complaint. We were probably being seen as being difficult, when we really just wanted some ice cream. I wouldn’t come here in case you need an above average level of customer service. I decided to try out this popular ice cream shop that had been recommended to me by others, even though I usually only stick to one favorite ice cream place.
