I've been going to this restaurant for years now and have recommended it to many people- it is our go-to place for Pho. It is a small family-owned business and they owners are very friendly people. What User doesn't like about La Perle de Saigon:
We love the "bun" plate, Rice Vermicelli and grilled meats. We wanted to try the Perle for quite a while, but it was pretty disappointed... The rice vermicelli and grilled beef was 13$, (7.95 at the place around the corner where I work). This restaurant has been closed for at least 4 years, if not more. Was famous for its fondue meals and adapted tables for such food fare. Was replaced by vietnamese fare which offers excellent native food.

Went with friends again last friday. As usual the owner and his family greets you. The food has not change, The owner gives you all the explanation needed for you to prepare your order The food prepare freshly as your order, The owner is a DR. in egeneering he invented the twooney, when working at the canadian mint. Reservation are recomended
We aren't from the area but had a friend recommend this place to us and we were very happy with both the food and the service. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely go there again when we're in the area.
The food is excellent,owner on premises and cook the food. The best Viet Namese food I have eaten in Gatineau. First time we went there were some seat not taken, this time it was full, word of mouth Will be very popular. try it now
