My Husband and I won a Valentine's Day contest with Bambou for a free meal. It definitely brightened our day, especially as we had to celebrate a weekend late as I am a front line worker. I had a wonderful late buffet lunch at BambouEach bite and different flavour was a delightful experience for my tastebuds.
It was good and fresh. I only gave it 3 stars as it was my first time and ordered take out. I will review again once I eat in the restaurant and try the buffet.
Although this place can be hit and miss, the last two times we ordered it was very good. Food was fresh, not greasy and very tasty.
The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Whether it’s in the restaurant or ordering over the phone, they are so amazing to deal with. Super friendly and efficient. The food is great too! Highly recommend!
We order takeout from them every couple of weeks. They have vegetarian options for me and meat options for my husband. Reasonable prices, speedy delivery and the customer service is always great. Especially the delivery guys : We had one bad experience with the mushroom egg soup but they quickly offered to drop off new one for me. Rewards card is a plus!
