She sighed heavily after every question I asked, an... read more I called to place an order for the first time, and unfortunately, the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She sighed heavily after every question I asked, and since I was ordering for my family of four, she seemed very annoyed with me. While I understand that taking orders is part of her job, a little professionalism would go a long way. When I finally finished my order, she asked for my name, but after I provided it, she abruptly hung up on me without giving me any details about the price or when I could pick up my food. I've heard great things about the food, but I've also heard numerous complaints about the service. Now I see why so many people had warned me about the rude and unhelpful staff!

The service is what... read more The food is generally good, but I've had a couple of off experiences, including once receiving ice cream that tasted like cleaning products. The service is what really makes me hesitate about returning more often. On several occasions, the older staff members have been unnecessarily rude. I've never brought this up before, but it's frustrating. I typically order, pay, and leave with my food, yet I often encounter unfriendly women who give the impression they'd prefer if I didn't come back at all.

We visit at least once a week, even though it requires a 25-minute drive. Clearly, we love it!
