that is by far the best mcdonald’s in gastonia that I can’t say much, but at least 9 out of 10 they get it right and I’ll leave the cheese away when they say that they are American cheese they get it 9 out of 10 times and I don’t have to pull the cheese out. most employees are very friendly, but they are extremely busy due to the design through, but here manager that I have treated is a white man and he probably fort... What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
literally probably the worst mcdonald’s through the entire Gaston community. you have to wait 20 minutes for night shift, just to order in the drive thru, then they have all the workers on their phones and do not disturb to notice all the others who need to order! then do not pay attention to their appendages and do not make it right and some people have food allergies. They were super busy.... crazy busy! But I was greeted and treated well. That made the wait easier to tolerate for sure. Food was hot but new crispy checkerboard was over cooked on 1 of 2 of the sandwiches we picked up. Some of it could not be eaten too hard and dry. The other sandwich was perfect. Overall good job with front staff. Lil over cooked chicken....
I sometimes stop by this location when I work the Palisades area. Staff seems friendly. My orders has never been incorrect. And lines move pretty fast. No complaints
Sandwiches were prepared correctly and delicious. Fries were hot and wonderful. Seating wasn't comfortable. Wasn't able to pay at the kiosk, so we had to get in line at counter.

I work nights in the sick house and this is literally the only place around the clock opened (apparently) I have a 30-minute width from a 12-hour layer. so I go there to eat and every time no one is in the line and yet I sit there without answer from no one. it's ridiculous. the people are here and don't tell you anything. they just ignore you. they do not say they have closed early or the system is down. then, when they call, it will be the first time after it says that the phone is separated.
