Bojangles - Gastonia

Over delivery was great. Potatoes and Mac, hot and tasty Not one to complain about food, but keep an eye on your fry oil, I could smell the burnt oil on the chicken when I opened the box, I was stretched on golden brown, crispy tasty roasted chicken instead of bread is dark, saturated and bitter from old oil?. Fried chicken, what are you doing?

I'm from the Midwest and had never eaten at Bojangles before, but a lot YouTubers love it. It was awesome. The fries were great, I love the seasoning. I wasn't expecting a little bit spicyness on the sandwich, but there it was. It was fried up well and moist. It was great. This restaurant was clean and the staff was great. Bojangles rules.

If i could leave negative stars i would! Girl with the long green/blue hair at drive through was rude to us. They had no chicken ready we were told a 5 minute wait and we waited 20 before going inside to check. When we did go inside another guy that was waiting outside came in too after waiting 10 minutes for fries. Our food was done and sitting there. The sanitation was horrible, everything was dirty. Everybody looks like they didn?t want to be there, very ridiculous how we were treated after we had already paid and we were nice and understanding but this RIDICULOUS. Who ever is in charge should be ashamed of this because your workers are TERRIBLE. Worst fast food/ drive through we have ever been in before! Our food was cold and tasked old. Not worth the money and that is 30 minutes we will never get back!!

I ordered food from the drive thru on 04/29/2022 at 11:46am and when I opened my biscuit this is what was in it a fly that was baked into my biscuit which was supposed to be my lunch when contacted the restaurant about it they acted like they didn?t care I will not be going back and will be contacting corporate office about this matter and posting on social media to warn everyone to stay away from this establishment

Took the most time to complete the pick up had to turn my car off 3 times and at the window itself. Tried the fish sandwich. It was okay. The fish was thin n a little lost in the bun. But it did not leave me hungry. We also got 2 steak biscuits for the next day.. also good...
