Arby's - Gastonia

Very nice, but line was very long, very good hot food though?

Service was not good and food looks empty i have this several times but thought i would try arbys, i will not be going back

Food is often made to order, so it may take longer at times. However it is a great experience and terrific good.

Well number one I got around to the drive-thru and it was just about dark and the lights was not turned on so I could see the menu real good and I had her turn the lights on out there took her a few minutes to get that done. Number two she told me my total was $17 and some change so she rounding it up to $18 because of a benefit of some sort so they charge me $18 instead of $17 and some change. Number three I asked for some packs of horseradish sauce and I didn't have any in the bag and I asked for three packs of the sweet sauce to go with the jalapeno poppers and I was only given one for eight jalapeno bites other than that the staff was friendly but overcharged and didn't receive everything in the bag and could not get a refill on my drinks.

Nice Arbys location. The ladies behind the counter are great. Great customer service. Health rating is a nice 98.5 for fast food. Plenty of places to sit. I would come back again.
