A&w - Gassville

We drive an hour to get our favorite foods that remind me of home. Unfortunately this trip was met with a building visibly falling apart. Machine broke down and leaking all over the counter. The entire facility was filthy. . Order was wrong not once but given the wrong thing a second time. Hope that the company can visit qnd fix these problems with the building. Not only is it unpleasant as a customer but I am sure the people working there would appreciate better support

3 people in our party, $40 order and we all left hungry. The woman working the register was friendly but loud and sometimes obnoxious. One of the other workers kept calling another employee the B word, VERY loudly. The food we got was very tasty, just small portions for the price.

Not busy. Still took 20 min.to get order. All food was overlooked. Dark brown. LOBSTER BITES. LongJohnSilvers Burger was a soggy mess. A&W Floor was filthy, Drink station dirty and sticky.

An A&W Restaurant that has no root beer.... Seriously?? I can over look the paper in the floor, the unclean tables, the greasy/slippery floors, the dirty bathroom, and being out of chicken, but no root beer? Based on previous reviews 20 minutes to get food and 10 minutes to get shakes seems like the normal time frame. The employee working the front counter was nice, but working by herself for the most part. The owners should get mystery shoppers to prove that these reviews are not fake and do something about their business. My next email will be to the corporate office to see if this is the standard they accept.
