I loved it from the moment I walked in, from the wooden panelling to the decor on the walls, the polite courteous waiters...not to mention the food I tried local meats salamis, the fritto misto, taglioni with a ragu sauce grilled lamb cutlets with roasted potatoes with rosemary...delicious i still had room for their zabbaglione which was 'created ' by our table in an artistic frenzy of whisking eggs alcohol...the result was amazing!

It is 20 minutes from Turin and is worth it. the service was impeccable and all the nice waiters. the mix of appetizers is unmissable, both warm and cold. We didn't take the first courses and I regret it. second wet cauda and boiled cart, also these unmissable. but for me really unmissable is the hot mosquito made at the moment. One of the best things I've ever eaten!

Fritto good sin having discovered after that for the part of fried serious mixed (brain, balls etc) it still needs to specify and order them. Still remains good.
