What User doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
I gave this place many chances as it opens. Today is the last time our family will buy food here. The last straw of the terrible service is the smoked cream cheese on a bagel today. They pulled it back, and they gave me another from the same smoked cookies. I asked about fresh cheese and got it, but they still use the bad garbage, even when I stood there. NOT EAT THE KREAM CHEE TODAY!!! Call Company tomorrow View all feedback.

Customer service is terrible. My sweetened iced green tea is 90% water, 7% sugar and 3% green tea. So nasty.

Went to this Dunkin at 745 and was still able to get a frozen butter Pecan coffee . A lot of times, the machines are closed down so the staff can get out early. With the Dunkin closing at 8 it was nice to still get the services we should. We were greeted with a friendly smile and amazing service. We will definitely be back.
