Stopped by for lunch today 3rd time this week and I was greeted by Ty and Crystal. They were super friendly. They’ve remember me by my name and remember my order. They truly make this Dickeys Bbq location feel like home. I appreciate their hospitality and I will definitely stay coming back. 10/10 View all feedback.

This place is ok one day the foods goods nice meat then the next time thin slices tiny potions saw a couple of flies flying behind the counter by the meat while I was in there the place is crazy have jacked the prices up trust me this food and barbecue is not that good for the price they trying to charge a arm and a leg for fly meat and not made from scratch beans mash potatoes and Mac and cheese this stuff already p... The loaded baked potato was the best. They are always perfectly baked and the toppings are always abundant.
Meat was not hot...thought that was strange for a BBQ place

I ordered 2 3 Meat Plates and had it picked up by my husband. The business only supplied us with 1 Barbeque sauce! I was so upset because when you are a Barbeque sauce person it just isn't the same without it. I called and spoke with Crystal who informed me that she was the manager, I was prepared for excuses and finger pointing, but Crystal was absolutely phenomenal! Without hesitation she replaced my entire meal and provided her contact information to ensure that the order would be hot and correct on the next visit. After Covid customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Crystal thank you for the great service and remembering that we are all human. I appreciate you so much!!!!
