Drive through line was quite long but moved continuously at a expedient pace and the staff was courteous and friendly and the gyros were absolutely delicious and I am extremely glad that they are now offering crinkle fries and not just the seasoned curly fries that they've always offered. I drove through the drive-thru as instructed and when we were ready to order our food, we were told to wait a minute. However, no one came back to take our order so we ended up going inside to the counter. It was empty and there were people walking around in the back but no one came to assist us. I had a great experience with the chicken sandwich at this restaurant last week. I initially ordered it for myself, but my wife ended up taking it and we both agreed that it was delicious. This meal changed my previous opinion of Arby's. The service was good as well. Overall rating: 5/5.

The food was tasty but the service was lacking. The wait for the food was so long that I ended up wasting my entire lunch break and had to eat the meal later in the day. The service was extremely slow.
