I just called today to ask about a credit note and Sofia hang up on me. I asked for the accounting department and she just immediately hang up. I called her again and she said she hang up because I didn't give my name. But she didn't even ask what my name was and didn't even give me a chance to speak. Very rude!

No air conditioning. Rooms are on the small side and too hot. Had to ask for a fan which the hotel has plenty of) and open the windows WIDE. If a lot of tour busses arrive, they get priority in the restaurant. Pack a lunch or dinner or eat at the airport. Very few dining options nearby. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 4
