What Alexanderia Thompson doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
I unfortunately had the most terrible experience at this location. The female manager was very rude and disrespectful. I’m not too sure how she was able to get promoted to that position but they should have thought twice. Because of her nasty attitude I will never return to this location. The service is whatever,now in days is hard to get good service …
My food was prepared as I ordered and ready for pickup on time.
Love these place and so those my kids and family great food service takeout for Saturday night after sports practice
I ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza and was served a pizza with NO SAUCE AND PUDDLES OF GREASE. I called and a lady answered she offered a partial discount I refused that because only a full refund is acceptable and Pizza Hut's policy is to replace pizzas made wrong. She said she spoke to the manager and would remake the pizza if I came back that night however it was close to time for the store to close and I don't live near that location so I was told I would have a full credit added to my account. Last night I went to get my pizza and was told I would have to pay a portion of the price by the shift manager. She called the store manager and when she finished talking to him she still said I would have to pay a portion of the price. At this point her attitude was bad she kept saying she wasn't there when my original order got messed up BUT SHE TOOK THE ORDER! I don't like unhappy people making my food so I decided to leave without my pizza that I have been craving since they originally messed up my order days ago. The pizza was gross oil was dripping from it and the cheese was stuck to the dough. I couldn't understand how they forgot the sauce which is a vital ingredient
