What Andy Mai doesn't like about Cháo Đêm:
One of very late open restaurants in Little Saigon. They are special in porridges. It was pretty hot inside and it doesn't seem like they have a good ventilation or ac system at all. The good is so so, not good but not too bad either. We will only come back if we absolutely have to. View all feedback.

FYI, you only take cash or cell option by phone number. Various options for congee, and my favorites are: 1st pork organs: $7.25 2. Singapore Frog Rice: $8.50 3. Oyster / Abalone porridge: $8.50 The location is a bit old, and the remaining room is not the best, so note. Eating can do it for him!

In the night really full. Mostly or even all customers are Vietnamese. Pay only in cash or in the cell. Pretty good Vietnamese porridge.
This place is a must for a late evening snack. The best porridge I ever tasted. Yummie in my stomach.
First stop in our Cali trip because we just wanted something quick and easy. We didn't expect it to be so good. We got the Com Hai Nam, Chao Long, and Trung Cut Lon. Everything was so good. The portions were huge and for only $12! The chicken was very tender and the ginger dipping sauce was perfect. Definitely will be back!
