This IHOP is decent and comparable to most IHOP's. This one is near a hotel which brings in more patrons. The overall appearance is clean and hygienic such as the table, utensils and bathroom. The food took a little longer than expected to cook but we ordered a lot. It was all cooked as ordered and hot. Coffee was on point and hot. Service was top notch and worth the tip. I visited this restaurant shortly after they opened a few weeks ago. I did not feel welcomed as the waitress barely acknowledged us, and the food was not very enjoyable. It seemed like they were still finding their footing since it had just opened. View all feedback.

Rude staff, no utensils for take out food!! And they could have cared less. How am I suppose to eat my food without utensils???
Servers here are very professional, kind hard working.
Good service. eating is a typical IHOP departure. what makes this place point out is the fast and courteous service.
