Publix Super Market At The Shops At Windsong

Nice, clean, fresh and sage friendly store with an inviting atmosphere. Got hot food from the deli which was nice. I notice all the locations could use coverings for the food was the flies tend to attract. This location was pretty good with that. I like the layout and parking. I'll def go again when I'm in the area.

Love the cuban bread the only grocery store carries the bread.

They're always professional. The food and service are top quality.

A bit pricey but when they have sales they are big ones.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Publix on Saturday, August 10th, around 8:50 PM. As I was finishing my shopping, an employee was loudly counting down the seconds until they locked the door, making the entire situation feel rushed and uncomfortable. When I was checking out, the self-checkout employee rolled her eyes at me, which was incredibly rude. If I’m expected to do the work of checking out myself, the least the staff can do is be polite. To make matters worse, as I was loading my groceries, I noticed an employee waiting to take the cart from an older woman because she had the last cart out. I can only imagine how awkward she must have felt. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Publix, you need to do better.
