Today's staff experience was not great. A few of us came to the restaurant after placing an order through the app. We had trouble finding our order number on the app and asked if our order had been made. Instead of helping us, the staff told us to find the order number ourselves. After waiting for a while, we asked again if they had our order. The manager told us to check for the order number, insisting that they didn't have our order. This forced us to leave without our food, essentially losing money without receiving any discount or store credit. This incident happened between 11:20 and 12:00pm.
This is the DD location I visit most frequently. The staff is polite and the service is quick. It is also easy to find parking.
The Owner/Manager took my order and did not get what I asked, not very happy and most likely will not go to this location. The employees are not at fault and I should have looked to see if what I ordered was correct.
