This restaurant is definitely a 4 star, not 5 not 1-3, whoever leaves other than a 4 leaves a review with their feelings. Anyway, the restaurant is new, staff is friendly enough, food is prepped good to Taco Bell standards. One area wherethis location needs to work on is customer service. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I ordered the veggie Fiesta burrito with extra Fiesta strips ????. I ask the person that takes the order please make sure they add them bcuz I get very few when paying extra. She says they'll be on there. When I ate the burrito ???? there literally was3 strips!!! The other as well!! I pay extra for that request! I'm not being a Karen but omfg! Update: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WAITED 30 MINUTES TO GET 4 TACOS AND I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE LOBBY, AND THEY HAD DELETED MY ORDER AND THEN MADE ME WAIT LONGER AND THEN TOLD ME THEY WERE OUT OF WHAT I ORDERED. I LITTERALY LEFT WITHOUT MY FOOD OR MYMONEY.
Willing to correct mistakes but every time I?ve gone there since coming to UF, which is more than 10 times at least one item is messed up/not in the bag. Employees are willing to correct mistakes but this clearly is a poor management and training issuewith how consistent it is
Great! Staff was very pleasant and the food reminded me why taco bell is so easy to get hooked on ????. So glad this place is open. To the reviewer who tried to discredit every other rating by saying theirs HAPPENED to be the only one not influenced byfeelings..????.

It?s just when I got back, I didn?t receive an apology. Or make up for me driving back. A 3rd cinnamon delight would beawesome, specially one of the cinnamon delights didn?t have the cream in it? but no. Which is fine. A sorry would be enough.That?s all.
